Problem: The connection fails due to lack of credentials. Solution: The third-party load balancer has no insight into the load on the Adaptive Security Appliance (ASA) devices. I working with Smartcards unrelated to Cisco AnyConnect. When I connect to VPN while having a smartcard inserted - no connection will be attempted - it will stay stuck at connecting. As soon as i remove the Smartcard it will work.How do I troubleshoot and identify the problem with Anyconnect using the smart card?
